How it works
- You send your requirements. It takes about a minute.
- We search. Our own listings, owners we know in each building, and trusted agents in the area.
- You get a shortlist on LINE, with photos, rent and our honest notes, usually the same or next day.
- View in person or by video call. We go with you, in English or Thai.
- Sign and move in. We go through the lease and record the unit's condition with you.
No fee for renters. The owner pays our fee when a lease is signed.
Good to know
- Most leases are 12 months, with a 2-month deposit and 1 month in advance.
- Many owners ask foreign tenants for a passport and a work permit or visa.
- Moving from abroad? We can do the viewings for you by live video.
